Charges for our Building Design & Planning
At the Plan and Site Services office, we will undertake the architectural design work for your proposed development.
Using traditional methods we will complete all the structural calculations required and provide a full set of plans for you and your builder.
Costs do vary, so please remember that each proposal varies depending on the work involved:
- Single storey extension - POA
- 2 Storey extension - POA
- Roof rooms - POA
- Houses / Bungalows - POA
